Shale Shaker

Fluid Systems Hi-E™ shaker, manufactured in India with VPrime, is the latest advancement in high-G-force, high-volume, linear motion shakers. As conventional shakers operate with vibratory motors running at a constant G-force, it hampers the amount of energy required to produce drier solids when the mud is fed to the shaker due to reduced G-force.

Fluid Systems Hi-E™ shaker technology outperforms conventional, low-G-force shakers by creating higher G forces. The energy generated by the Hi-E™ exciters is transferred to the screen panels, applying the high energy to the cuttings as they are transported across the mesh screen.
